I took this picture earlier today (technically yesterday), whilst looking for an insect to snap. Unfortunately, I have a phobia of spiders and had to get real close to the spider to take the picture, so it was really difficult to take the picture.

i love the picture. not seeing it from the topside (but underbelly), it looks like a barn spider (orb weaver). i had one outside my front door but was never able to capture it during the day.

i like how the blurred backdrop of colorful flora brings out the purple and orange hues in the spider's legs without losing the POF.
