Artsy or plain boring???

I would like these two photos much more if the cropping was not so tight. I would like to see more of the image.

Both of the photos appear to be tilted. Which works for some but not for these two.

Overall I think more of the scene should be included or possibly a different viewpoint

#1 would be nice if the photo isnt B&W and the wall has a very bold color.

personally...i think i vote "just plain boring".

the first one is better than the second, but neither are flooring me.
the second one i would consider dumping. looks like it was shot thru a window, we've got power lines or something going across it as well as the reflection of light in the window....

oh....well thanks for the input i will keep shooting until i find better photos.
@Schwettylens: the original is in orange, for some reason i thought it would make a better high contrast b/w photo.

I think #1 is great. Crop the right side just enough to remove that branching shadow.

#1 is pretty basic but still easy to look at

Not only are they not boring, I've saved them to my hd and #2 is now my desktop background. Keep posting them; I look forward to your shots.

Sure i will....thanks fellas and i did clean my sensor itz pretty much dust free now
