The blue tint deffo sets it off to look gloomy good job seems like everyone is having bad spells of weather not just england! lol

I like it. Very dramatic.

If it were mine, I think I would ease up a bit on the contrast and try for a bit of detail in the sky. On my monitor, the sky looks very bright and is in contradiction to the wet street and umbrellas. Could use a bit of CCW rotation, too. Or is it just me?

Very nice, but I think it would have been made better by a horizontal format, losing the sky and everything above the top of the tower on the hill. Nice feel to it.
