This is waaay entirely too oversharpened. I didnt even realize there was a head in there because all of it blends in so well because of the oversharpening. Can we see the original?

I took a peek at the EXIF. I didnt know you were shooting with a point and shoot. I take back my comment about the ISO since it was only at ISO80, 22.5mm and F/4.9.
