B&W Old Bench

My first B&W with my new xti 400D.
Old Bench.

I took it just earlier today with my friend when we went to a farm place in canada to take pictures. I just had to have a B&W picture of that bench.
Tell me what you think.

I like it, but I think it could maybe be a touch lighter. The contrast is very good.

Yeah, overall, I like it, but I agree that it could be a bit lighter.

Also, for some reason, it just seems cramped to me. That's just the vibe I get from it at first glance. Not sure what it is, maybe frame it a touch farther back?

I guess it works well the way it is though.
