Baby bird, can't identify.

I was working around my yard and saw this little bird. I don't know what type of bird it is. I was looking it up and thought it resembled a warbler. (Location, Atlanta, GA). Anyone?

I'm not sure if he was ill or not. He couldn't fly, and didn't have much energy to run away from me.

So, I was able to get up very close. (I even put some gloves on and moved him to a safe location).

Thanks! We don't normally see these birds around my area. I'm thinking he's in migration.
