Backyard Buck

It's funny because just a day or two ago I was just mentioning to my wife that we haven't seen many deer come through the yard this year.

I just happened to be outside when a buck with a fawn came through and hung out.

This is the first buck I've seen in 3 years come through, and a nice little 2-pointer.

I dont eat deer droppings.

If you have any rose bushes around the yard, deer will often sneak in during the fall season and eat any rose hips that have formed, or even eat dried rose blooms that have shriveled. Deer also love rose blooms! One year we had a deer sneak into the yard one night, and eat almost every single rose we had in bloom! I was steamed!
