I have a number of questions that I want answering

1. My dad has a Nikon SlR from around 1984 ish I can't recall the model now but F250 is in my head, I could just be thinking of a Ford pickup, anywho he has 2 lenses a nikon 35-70 and a Tamron 70-210 is there any reason why these lenses should not go on my d750 bar the no AF thing. PS I don't intend on using them just a hypothetical.

2. How would you go about valuing these unit, I know there common enough but anyway.

3. The LCD screen on the d750 do people get covers for them, Im talking about the iPhone type smash resistant ones.

4. Rephrased on advice from The Traveller:
I got a UV filter, its a 77mm Polaroid so not at the high end of bogus, just cause I go to dirt bike events and such but I have found that cleaning makes it worse. Whats the correct method for cleaning, and no I am not going to pitch it over a bridge.
