Pretty cool shot.

You could probably use a burn tool to dim out or nearly remove the cars and lights to the left.

Yep, a little PS could remove all the distracting factors, and probably make this good shot even better.

30 sec exposre , he stood at the bottom for 10 sec walk up the ally for another ten and stood infron of the camera for another 10, too like 3 trys but it came out
