White balance is WAY off.

Sorry, I have literally NO way of adjusting that with my camera. This was the best I could do given the low lighting. Used "night landscape" mode and just set the camera down while it took the picture.

O.K., what about editing software on your computer?

Sure, the WB is off...but I think that gives it a better feel (for the subject matter) than if it had been accurate.

I have none. The best I can do is pixlr.com/editor, but even that is pretty limited.

The best I can do is just snap a picture and see how it comes out.
