Basic digital for macro shots

My wife is looking for a good camera for up-close/macro shots. She makes jewelry and sells it on Etsy and is looking for something very basic that takes good macro shots.
She doesn't want anything fancy or super-feature rich just, quite literally, real good up-close shots.

I tried giving her my Canon 20D but she 'wants something of my own' so now I gotta spend more money
Anyone have any suggestions?

Do you have a Macro lens? IF so.. any of the entry level Canon bodies would do.. even a used one. Or you could pickup a body with a kit lens, and get one of these Amazon.com: Raynox DCR-150 Snap-On Macro Lens: Camera & Photo or Amazon.com: Raynox DCR-250 Super Macro Snap-On Lens: Camera & Photo

Lighting will be more important than what body and lens she uses...
