The B&W has nice composition, but it looks a little dark, perhaps underexposed. The focus looks a bit off and the colors look a bit flat in the color image.

Still, adorable dog.

we started too late...sun was almost completley down.ill try to fix it in PS little more ... original pics. looks sharper ,i guess uploading them takes tool
