Best Free soft to Organise your pics

Have you tried Picasa, the free software from Google ?
Wow,I think this soft is amazing, and probably the best to instantly locate and organise all the pictures on your computer.

Picassa is pretty good for free. Also free is The Gimp - which has some advanced image editing features.
