Cute picture - it may just be the monitor I am on (school computer) but the picture looks a wee murky to me... again, that could be completely inaccurate.
 
uuuu :) he is handsome... and the doggy is cute too :D i like how you managed to get his fur so shiny. the dog is all black but not underexposed while the boy's fase is not blown out! great job!
 
OK, I had to check back now that I'm at home - looks GREAT! They murkyness isn't there at all! You managed to capture the coat, and the guys hair perfectly. Nothing looks over/under exposed at all. Nicely done!

Thanks...the most difficult part of this photo was getting them both to sit still for a moment.
