Sorry, I just meant I wasn't even going to comment on this guy's post about your photo not showing ANY detail.
 
The leaves, the trees, etc.
Looks like a sponge with lots of pores.
There's no real subject, it's up to the viewer to figure out what you want us to look at.

Large landscape photos like this one could benefit from some natural framing.
Such as sets of trees on either side that lead your eyes into something.

To my, this photo is very flat, lacks details, and is washed out.

Just my opinion, your's may vary.
 
Hmm? I guess I need to adjust my monitor. Is it an Ansel Adams landscape, no. Would I mistake it for a photo taken by a 6 year old holding a Brownie camera...no
I also think the framing with the trees on both sides works well and the horizonal rule of 3rds also works nicely..just my opinion.
