Long story short:
I went to the zoo.
Short story long:
It was raining pretty much. Kinda wet...
The equipment passed the test with flying colors.
I kind of like the kind of photos you get with rain, low contrast and nicely colored.
The fact that rain makes for peace and quiet around you is nice too.
It's still wet though... I don't usually like getting wet unless I'm in the shower.
I brought my 120-300 to get my shots close to the animals and my 50mm if I ever wanted something smaller.
Final conclusion: The 120-300 is a brilliant zoo lens, except at aquaria.
I found the 50mm easier to work with at the aquaria, I didn't get anything too special though.
Aaaanyways, without further rambling on... Here are the shots:
1. (Wish I didn't cut off the feet, unfortunately it's shot that way)

C&C always welcome.
