Black and white

What is better when shotting a photo for Black and White print, use the cameras black and white setting or change it at post processing in PS. Are there pros or cons for using either. Thanks

Change it in post.

You'll have much more control over the end result.

i agree with josh, plus you have then still the option of having a color version.
