Hi Guys! I have really taken a liking of black and white photography here are a few.. thanks for any comments.

awww..these are very good... i love the last one best...great capture... but the first thing i thought of on the second one, i wish you could have entered that in the contest that was entitled old/young... that is just great... i love it..

The last one is very sweet. Nice composition.

Very true: this last one of the series is very, very sweet. That little finger is, indeed, touching the lens, isn't it?

I also like the second very much. Looks like a very intimate moment between granddad and granddaughter (?).

Pity about mommy's (?) chin in the first. But the way her eye lashes shine in that one is lovely, too!

Summary: all three pictures are a success!

2. For portraits what are the general thoughts... black and white or colour

Yes, she did touch the lens and her hand was covered with jam - took absolutely ages to get it off but she was worth it!!!
