Thanks for looking.

haha great series of shots. Good framing on them too, I've always had a bit of trouble keeping the subject in the frame but I don't get much action photo practice.

Nice set!

Whoo-hooooo! He did have fun!
But indeed: where did those glasses come from? All of a sudden!?!?

(I'm no fan of these huge swimming trunks, I do prefer to see the sportive version and my swimming student is not to show up in these for the lesson but in the tight ones - I don't know why I'm saying this... ignore it).

where did the glasses come from.
:lmao: I was wondering how long it would take before someone mentioned the glasses. The only time I saw Bob without the glasses was in the two jumps he made. I thought it was a fitting end to the series.

I've lived in Europe so I know what you mean. The male Yanks are a bit modest when it comes to swimwear. :D

Okay... silly question (that probably won't make a lick of sense...)

How the hell did you shoot these? Was it in continuous?
Gripped D700.... 8 FPS baby!

Unless you cropped... clearly you zoomed in and out while you were shooting his fall... so you had to be pretty damned fast, unless you got time to slow down some how...
There was some cropping and tilt adjustments in post. They were all shot at f/5, 1/1250s, ISO200 and 116mm focal length (70-200mm).

Plus, I had plenty of time to practice with the grankids.

Plus they had a really cool bulldog, Fenway.

We were on the boat dock to the right (with a canoe) and they had the motorboat.
