Lovely shot. Thanks for sharing. Here are my suggestions:

1. Crop out her right hand. B/c it's in the foreground and blurred I find it distracting. And if you crop it, it won't look bad or cut off.

2. The string of lights above her left knee are distracting. Remove them in post-production.

3. It's a lovely shot. If you had a "do-over" I'd want you to be about 6 inches higher. You'd catch a bit more of the left bra strap, a tiny bit more cleavage, more of the actual eyes (which are mostly obscured by eyelashes) and more of the panties which have got a lovely black and red (which works with your background).

4. The hair seems too dark (a lot of detail is lost) and the red wall seems washed out so I don't think you're using enough soft light here. And soft light is a must for effective boudoir.

Again, nice work.
 
I also agree with Joe. But it is a really lovely photo!:)
