So you paste the sky in from another photo, right?

Your masking needs a lot of work. Look at the tops of the buildings, and the edges of the trees. Look at the trees directly to the lower left of the sun, the sky you can see through the trees does not look at all like the sky beside the trees.

In addition, I think you took the saturation and contrast way too far, which is why the muddy-brown water looks toxic and radioactive.
