what a nice puppy! I really love Boxers! we had 3 Boxers when I was a kid and I loved them!! They are so nice and playfull, amazing dogs! I hope you'll have some great time with Elsie!

been watching that site for quite a while, been a member for about a month but i dont get time to sign on all that much

It's a good one, from health issues to food. I have a 3+ old boxer and much of the advice has been very helpful.
What do you plan on feeding her?

just dry food for the most part, shes on large breed puppy food now

That's great. The fourm has a link to a list of better brands of food.
Bullet has been eating Chicken Soup..... mixed with aout half an oz. of chopped raw liver. He go nuts for it.

I'll look for that link and send it.

She is beautiful. On a side note, you may want to reconsider feeding her large puppy formula. Boxers are considered a medium breed and the large breed causes faster growth which is a bad thing with boxers. They already have quite a few hip and joint problems and the large puppy formula doesn't help. Also, any food that you can buy in a supermarket is crap. We are led to believe that Pedigree and Science Diet are good foods but they aren't at all. The best food you can feed is a raw natural diet. Boxerworld is a very very good resource.

For those of you who are a member of boxerworld, do you mind me asking what your usernames are? Just wondering if I know any of you? My username is TossBranAbi, if anyone cares. I have a 9 month old boxer and a 1.5 year old boxer/doberman mix.

s/n is the same there, like i said i dont post alot due to time issues. i wish i had the money to feed her a raw diet but i cant afford to feed myself that well at the moment. I may consider switching off the large breed though, im going to have to do some more research on that. My vet said that was fine but they are not boxer specialist so you could be on to something.
