I just joined TPF and I'm not gonna lie... I'm pretty excited about it. I came upon it because I have a question and would like some feedback. I am a recent college graduate with a media communications degree and have had several jobs doing photography. I am looking to freelance, but not sure how to get started. I have some people who want me to do their senior pictures.

My question is... since I haven't done them before, how much do I charge in a small town in Northern MN? Any feedback is apprecciated. Thanks!

Call your competition and ask them.

Really. Be up front and let them know that you Are going to do the work but don't want to undercut them and ruin the business for everyone.
