I have been thinking about purchasing a sq-a for some time now, however I know very little about film and shoot digital. I want a bronica for skateboarding photography, some landscape, and some portraits. I like how film looks differently than digital. How much would a complete sq-a be and what lens would I buy?

Look on eBay. A few hundred to several hundred will get you a body, magazine, lens, prism finder, and grip. What lens to buy depends on what you want - the 80 is "standard", the prices go up for wider and longer lenses but sometimes you can find a deal when someone wants to dump their MF stuff, which seems to be happening a lot.

I don't know what the market on those cameras really is beyond a quick scan of ebay. I happened to have looked recently because I was thinking about getting a lens for mine (which I haven't used in almost 20 years anyway).

80mm is the "standard" lens - roughly what a 50mm would be on a 35mm camera.
