Here are some pictures from a cars and coffee meet and a supercar meet I attended on Saturday. There are still many more to come from the second meet but here's a starter. As usual, I will use numbers to reference each picture for easy commenting/critiquing. Feel free to post about one or all. All feedback is appreciated. Thanks in advance everyone!

PS: where did the Car Photography thread go?

The rest are up on Facebook. More being added as I have time.

I like them! Maybe invest in a circular polarizer filter to minimize reflections so that we can appreciate the paintjobs of the car better? For instance in the shot of the Viper (#5), I think the reflections are a little bit overwhelming and take away from admiring the car's body work. Same can be said for the Aventador I guess, but for some reason I think the reflections look really cool in that shot and the paint job is pretty regular anyways whereas the owner of the Viper clearly wants to showcase the body work with the intense stripes and whatnot. Really enjoyed the set

Thanks for the feedback. I actually used a CPL Filter all day for both, I just think it must be terrible quality. I've seen what they are supposed to do and I feel mine does not do it at all. I can't remember the brand for the life of me though.

Oh? Maybe try playing around with the CPL filter by rotating it here and there? In any case, I feel that the reflections are very well handled in the shot of the Gallardo (#8):thumbup:

Nice shots but the backgrounds and surroundings look very distracting in most of the pics, I know there's not much you can do to control that but perhaps a wider aperture will help create a shallow depth of field to help isolate the car from the background/surroundings.
