C&C on some photos....

Went to cabo san lucas for two weeks and took a ton of pics. here are some. what do you think?

Haven't learned how to shoot HDR yet :meh:

You should.. it is really not that hard. Just need a tripod and most of the time when there is a lot of light you can handheld it. If you HDR it, everything will be on the right exposure so the ocean and the sky are not as blown.

I like #4 the best too. I also like #1... maybe crop out the upper left hand corner??

These are great photos, but you can do some PP and bring out some colors and yes get into HDR. Tons of fun!

Wow, really good work. It makes me want to go back to Cabo. A few comments:

1.) Very good composition. I think you could get some more detail in the background if you play with the contrast. A CPL would have helped here too.

2.) I like the concept of the converging lines, but the gate across the front ruins the shot for me. I would have liked the shot if it was taken on the other side of the gate, letting the stairs lead your eyes up the shot.

3.) I like the pool scene, and the contrast with the dry hillside. Not sure how to make this one better. Something seams to be missing, but not sure what it is. Good capture though.

4.) Awesome shot!! I wouldn't change a thing. Perfect!

5.) In my opinion, there is too much foreground, and it doesn't add anything to the picture. Maybe try cropping some of the foreground out? Good colors and light.

I did do a bit of PP, going to continue to mess around with them to see what I can come up with.

3. I have a closer vertical shot of those trees, I coudln't decide between to two. I'll post the vertical one when I get home.
