C&C Valentine theme pic. Bokeh element

Hello,
Since Valentines comin' up, I've decided to make a photo to my friend.
The shutter was 1/4, aperture 2.8, ISO 100, Lens- Canon EF 100mm 1:2.8 USM and the Camera- Canon EOS 450D. The lights were made with Christmas decoration lamps. The teddy was cut out of paper and the heart is a gummy candy. Oh, and if anyone is wondering how did I made the light shape, it was just a paper with a cut out heart in the center.
Well, what do you think? Maybe I could have change/made otherwise?

I like the concept. I wonder if you could add some light to the subjects and bring them in to focus. It would be great to see the subjects and the Bokeh at the same time. Just my $.02 your mileage may vary.
