Calendar Publishers?

Hey guys, I am creating a calendar of some of my work, and since I remember reading some photographers here who have created professionally published calendars, I was wondering if anyone could point me in the direction of publishers for such things.

FYI - This isn't something I am trying to sell to the publisher, it's a very specific commercial project I need to get pricing for to print and then sell the calendars.

Keith,

Mpix only has ONE format for calendars, and they aren't what I need. I need the traditional 12/16 month format.

Design your own and print them through a regular printer. 4Over is a good online printer. I use them for 4 color process when time and cost are a big concern for my clients.
