i just wanted to know if there is a specific thing with what you must clean your camera body?

The outside of the body?

Nothing specific...but don't use anything that may be damaging to the surface...like harsh cleaners or too much liquid. If it is dirty, just use a damp cloth and carefully wipe it clean.

The sensor on a DSLR does need occasional cleaning, which should be done vary carefully with a product designed for that purpose. Search 'sensor cleaning' for more info.
