Did you use Photomatix? Did you do Exposure fusion or Tonemapping? Straight Exposure fusion is sometimes hard to tell.. except for the obvious lack of hard shadows / fried highlights (at least if done properly, and your images match up properly). If you combine multiple exposures with the Tone Mapping option, it is almost always noticeable.

The lighting in the trees in the first shot and the way you used the noise reduction. The water in the third one looks ghosted and what bynx said the rich colors and details.
