Can I fix a B&W photo?

So I made the mistake of deleting RAW files, and would like to revert B&W photo back to color. Is it possible?

Maybe, depending on how you converted the B&W to color.

For instance, if you used a Photoshop B&W adjustment layer and saved a layered .psd file you could reopen the .psd file and turn-off the B&W adjustment layer.

Rule #1 for image editing is:

Never edit the original. Edit a duplicate of the original.

Rule #1 for digital image assets is:

Never delete a Raw or original image file.
