the file is small, so might be how you uploaded it on photobucket or maybe the file type you chose to post, I dunno.

do you have any type of editing software? lightening this up just to see it is fairly simple.

yes i have elements and when i did it it came out the same so i wasnt sure if i was doing something wrong

I find the best way to salvage things is through B + W. I think it would be a sweet shot if in focus!
