Can you help me?

So this is a little different question than normal I'm assuming, but I saw this photography by a photographer a while ago which I thought was amazing but I can't seem to find the artists website or anything like it on the web.

I'm hoping someone might know who I'm talking about once I describe the series I saw.

Basically what this guy did was sit at certain points in the city all day and take photo's when the lighting was similar, then he took the pictures and compiled people wearing the same color clothing, or all looking up, or all kids, or all walking their dog, etc., into one image.

Id really like to know where I can find this guys stuff because it was quite impressive. If anyone knows who the photographer is and what his website is that would be awesome!

If anyone understands what this guy who is on the internet somewhere in the world that lives in all different lighting outside, is speaking about, I would also like to see them sounds good.
