Canon 40D & Canon BG-E2N Grip, 2 Canon BP-511A batteries, Canon BGM-E2 battery magazine. Don't have the manual for the 40D but you can always download it from the Canon website. I also do not have a strap for it. Also will throw in a Canon 200DG Camera Bag.

I bought this as a backup to my 5D Mark II, and I just really haven't used it much at all. It basically just sits in my camera bag, so I figure someone else may as well get use out of it!
