Canon Lens Mount Screw Thread/length

Does anyone know what type of screw, threading and length, is used on the lens mount? I buggered up the cross on one while reinstalling after replacing the gasket. Wondering if I have the right screw lying around, but dont want to find out that I don't and not be able to reinstall the screw. Right now its installed and while I can get it out, I probably cant get it back in tight.

I believe the Canon Part number is XA1-7200-706.
