funny yes.. but I and a lot of people have been scammed on out of country deals. Its difficult to track someone down outside of the boarders of your own country.

I used to deal a lot of equipment on ebay and it didn't take long for me to add "in the US only".

So no... it isn't really fair at all.. but it is sad.
