Canon offer

A friend of my dad's has offered to sell me his film camera "system", which includes the following:
Canon A-1 (very good condition)
35mm f2.8 Canon Lens.
Canon 70-210mm zoom lens f4
Canon Power Winder
2x lens shades (different sizes)
Canon Speedlite 155A flash
Makinon x2 Converter (what does this do?!)
Shutter release cable
Ambico 52mm polarizer
Makinon 58mm polarizer

I don't know yet how much he'll be asking, but everything seems to be in very good condition. What do you think? How much would you offer for all of this?
