Can't Sleep

I leave for work in exactly 5 hours, and I can't sleep worth two hoots...there's some stuff going on atm that's kind of thrown me for a loop, and my body just does not seem to want to let me go to sleep.

Panic disorders always help too.

Ahh I have trouble getting to sleep too. I hate the feeling. I get real bad paranoia about burglars/people outside which sucks man, so even though I'm tired, I can't sleep.

well...sometimes I can't sleep but also I can't read or do anything instead.. so I do nothing.. but lately.. I go sleep at 11 pm... I'm too tired after all the academic year
