The light on the birds is exquisite and I love the formation you got them in - they look like old warbirds taking off!
my only nitpick here is that i wish the horizon ( actually, the sea level) was centred. Though what will happen is the foremost birds feet will actually get cropped off if you do this- but since the wing is out the picture i think its ok.
But all the other elements are there, the birds, the rich grey tones and the marvelous lighting on the wings! A really good shot especially since the birds body is nice and sharp but you get a slight blurring of the wings depicting the motion. The massive ships make a really cool backdrop here too.
