A few shots taken over the Easter break at Castle Espie wildfoul and wetlands trust

Oooo, nice yellow spots from all the forsytia bushes in bloom on the other bank ... and I certainly prefer the first photo to the second, though, upon closer thinking, I also like the inclusion of the leaves on the ground in the second, just not the twigs from the side. The water texture is more detailed in the second, too, which is one more point for the second.

Where's the water fowl then?
In another thread of yours, I should guess.
