A nice enough shot of the cat him(her?)self, but the there are a few issues I see. One is the busy, distracting background, and the other is the underexposure of the cat him(her?)self. Your camera's meter was "fooled" by the large very bright area in the background, which it tried to meter for, resulting in an under-exposed kitty. Always consider using spot-metering on the subject when faced with strongly back-lit subects. I'm also curious as to why you chose to use a landscape orientation and crop the ears.
