The only one that stands out for is #6, his expression is great and the position of his head makes for great even light around his face with some decent catch lights. Avoid vertical tilting of the camera, makes it awkward to look at the photo, such as #7. You have the same problem as me and that's raccoon eyes, get some fill flash to make the eyes pop a little. Furthermore, if you add the chair in, try to get the whole chair in the picture, like in #4, you cut off the small bit of hand rest but that's small things to correct in the future. One last thing, avoid shooting in the direct sunlight, it causes harsh shadows, if you have to shoot in the sun put his back towards the sun and use a fill flash.
