I'm a sucker for waterfall pics, so anythings a winner in my opinion. two points I'd pick up on though (both rather subjective opinions)

Firstly, I think it's a touch overexposed, the snow looks a little blown out to me.

Also I think that the waterfall is a bit lost - there's so much white around the water, it's hard to separate the waterfall from the snow. Maybe a tighter crop on the main fall would have brought it out more. If you take the same shot in the summer, when the surrounding rocks are green with moss etc it will look great with this composition.

I also love water fall pics but it is overexposed a bit. I do like themovement in the water and your framing
