Cheap Film...

Is there anywhere I can buy film cheap online? The places I've seen sell a roll of film for the same price as the stores around here, is there anywhere online that sells film cheaper than $4.00 a roll or is that about as low as I'm going to get for anything decent?

Freestyle Photographic Supplies - Traditional Black & White Film, Paper, Chemicals, Holgas and ULF

Check out their Arista films. It's rebranded name brand film (Fuji, Foma, Kodak) and is about the cheapest you'll find. If you're worried about cost you should also look into loading it from bulk (100' rolls) - it's about half price that way.

In europe, a simple FP4 or HP5 can be found for 9 euros ($12).
