Ok here is the tower in colour, don't know if adding the tree was a good idea, what do u guys think

The tree is the strength of that building; it is a wonderful quasi frame for the image; i really liked this

It would look EVEN better if you had a shadow of the building, even though that would be near impossible with the sun in the place that it is.

IMO, Wayyyyyy too yellow, too much vignette and lots of extra space.

Really nice PoV and great subject. Nice shot, but I think editing is a little bit over the top and I'd crop it tighter - probably the way The_Traveler did it.

Hate to be the grinch but even with the Traveler's edit which is infinitely better, I see a nice textured tree trunk with an old castle structure in the background, out of focus. In my thinking, you can't have the focal point out of focus no matter how nice the framing structure except in rare instances and for me this is not one of those instances. Just a thought.
