close up??

i've been working on my close up shots alot. i think i'm getting a little better. plus it's not too bad, no tripod, night time. i think i did pretty well.

just noticed the color is kinda flat...thoughts on improving this??

 

flat more contrast.. Color im not sure if you need more than this

Looks like he bumped up the contrast a few notches.

You can use the saturation control in your photo editor to increase or reduce the color intensity.

 

yeah i did a lil bit, i actually edited that with lightroom

i'm starting to like that program

 

I did the contrast thing. Flat is lack of contrast. As James said you can increase the saturation of color to raise that as well. Lots of things you can do.
