Colorize B&W photos?

Well someone did it in my class today so i was wondering how do you do it? i think it would boost my creative skill up and amaze my teacher so i need to know the supplys to color directly onto a black and white photo.

Sounds like you're talking about tradtional hand coloring, applying color directly to an existing print. You'll want to use the special photo oils or photo oil pencils, blended exactly for this purpose. I believe the best are made by Marshall's, which are available by most major online photo companies.
