killed a snake in my driveway today. managed to get some live pics with the film camera (not sure how they'll turn out though) but here are some after death pictures:

one thing that totally bugs me is the scales on its head. i wish i wouldnt have left such massive cosmetic damage. i should have poisoned it with human venom.

plus we have a kid (its not MY kid, its my brother. heh.) running around, and it was striking at anything that moved (or didnt move...it was attacking everything. it tried striking the ground, and even just into the air randomly).

i hope it doesnt offend anyone that i killed a copperhead. if anyone does, you mods out there can remove it.

I think it's really hungry or something, or else animals don't usually intrude to human grounds. Plus, by it's aggressiveness, there must be something wrong.

all it wanted to do was sunbake
then it got hit by a big rake

i don,t know how mean copperheads are but we have plenty to choose from down here
and if kids are near you don,t have much choice.
