Although it was insanely hot out today I decided to go to the county fair to try out my new lens. These shots with a digital rebel and a sigma 20mm f/1.8.

All feedback = cool

My favs are 1, 3 and 5:
1 - imo the tilt and the shadows would have worked stronger if you had framed it vertically.
5 - love the flare and tones.

I smell Kratochvil. ;)

Btw, congrats on the 20.

Thanks for the feedback. I agree with framing on #1.

:blushing: Oh you!

I look at VII's work so much it's hard not to mimic some styles.

The sigma 20mm is great. So fast too. On full-frame it's a dream.

Did you know there's another VII seminar in new york in september?

Last year I couldn't make it. This time I should try my best. Thanks for the heads up.

I really like #5. Had it been in color, it wouldn't have been much of a shot. It looks interesting in B&W.

kudos.

I'm glad you got at least one mullet in it's natural habitat. Cool series.
