I like it!
I love the contrast but do wish that the little boys face wasn't quite as dark.

The shadow from his hat is slightly dark, but there's no way around it. The backlighting was hard enough to deal with on its own. And I wasn't gonna over-expose for shadows from a hat. Not to mention, he was exceptionally tan.

Not trying to burst your bubble here, but we are trying to stick to the rules of the Critique forum:

Q. What if I am basically happy with a shot I want to post, and just want some general feedback?
A. If you only want general comments on an image, then post it in the appropriate Gallery, i.e., the Portrait or Landscape Galleries – not in Critique.
